I am always out of home. I opend a Red label bottle last April and half a bottle was left and i too left the home for duty. My wife phoned me she had put it in the refrigerator. Now it is almost 4 months. do you believe I can still drink it when i go home september 1st week.

its best to drink it within a year, after that it will start to deteriorate although it will still be drinkable for up to 3 years

It is its own preservative. It will remain good as long as it takes to drink it (months or years). The worst that can happen is if it's left open, the alcohol will eventually evaporate away.

It's Red Label. It can't get any worse than when it was bottled.

No problem for September. Alcohol can be kept indefinitely. It is best kept in the freezer. By the way, it won't freeze.

Whiskey is made from fermented potatoes kept in oak barrels. That's how the taste and the flavor is acquired. Since the finished product is aready "spoiled", it will not deteoriate further. But do keep the top on so it will not evaporate. No need to keep it in the fridge unless you prefer it chilled.

just keep the bottle close otherwise the alcohol will vaporise. dun worry, it wont make u blind even after e year u didnt drink it!
