Actually , some Feng Shui (Wind and water) is just good common sense and practical organisation of one's household.
Seeing the disorganisation & clutter in many London households I have visited , I would say many people would benefit from it.
Also , our ancient cities were laid out using Feng Shui and prospered from it hundreds of years before western cities were planned rationally. Nowadays you have town planners etc. their science is just a kind of Feng Shui.

As for the "mystical" claims , I am not adequately qualified to judge. But I have seen many things in China with my own eyes that westerners would laugh at and not believe.

By the way , I have never heard a westerner pronounce this properly. "Feng Shui" is not English and should not be pronounced as if it was . It is an artificial language and the letters have a different phonetic value. Unfortunately , Chinese sounds are not the same as English so it is not possible to show you using letters how to pronounce it correctly.

A Fengshui service would be of benefit to almost everyone, the problem is the cost of someone's time and the inability of people to realise that they need help with their home design. If there were a television program showing how Fenshui changes someone's life by making their home happier, we would be hammering on your door!
Perhaps the sales pitch should be to single men, "attract more girls by making your appartment sexy"
