If you don't care much for your job, Go for it. But remeber as soon as the person gets tired or you want to end it, you are out of there. It might not turn out that way if both of you keep it a secret. No one will loose face in front of any body.

The fact that you ask your question with the provision,"let it ride out", you are not to sure. There are a number of possibilties to consider. 1) If you are not comfortable, it is called Sexual Harresment. This is a Federal Law. It is a law that is diffucult to prosecute. Most major corporations will pay you to "go away" for fear of further legal action. 2) If you condone this behavior and "date" your boss, you are on your own. 3) Your boss can fire you "at will" , no questions asked. 4) You find true love .

If you think you can get away with it, and your job isn't that important, date her. Otherwise, let it ride out.
