It's the best party EVER! So good that the word "party" will have to be redefined so that it may now encompass the sheer enormity of its awesomeness. Most likely a phrase that is over-used because I've been to my share of parties that were intended to end all parties and you know what? "Party" still means party.

It might mean both since you ussually want to party better the next time and if you're partying the most anyone has ever partied then it'd be hard to party better, it kinda puts it to an end.
