'Firmware only'.

No maps, no POIs, no voices.....no nothing.

Be careful when updating firmware - it you lose power during the update your TomTom may never start again without a return to manufacturer. So plug it an AND have a charged battery...and hope that you PC doesn't die during the update.

I know, a bit doom & gloom - but I nearly lost a PDA doing a firmware update.

If it ain't broke.......don't fix it!!

ps. I hope TT update their maps soon as they are pitifully out of date in some areas.

firmware updates:
Some people think they can get updates to the maps that they currently own - that is not the case. You will not receive new maps, (or updated maps) unless you pay extra
