Does Sun-In work?

I'm a brunette from Australia and I found out today I can buy Sun-In here i was wondering if it actuly works or just makes your hair orange?

at first yes ur hair willbe orange, but each time u do it it gets lighter..sun in user for many many years myself

It does work... in a way! I tried it on my dark hair, but with our english weather and my dark hair it did actually go orange! This can be fixed by just applying more though! Lemon juice on your hair in the sun will actually work the same although probably not too well if your hair is very dark. As long as you buy the stronger one and keep applying it does the job! (eventually)

Honestly i wouldn't do it. When I applied sun in to my hair, hoping for the hair on the bottle, all I got was orange and very unhealthy stringy looking hair. I would suggest visiting your favorite stylist and getting your hair colored or bleached professionally so you don't risk wrecking your hair. But if you must try it, then you must try it. I've used it a long time ago and I don't remember which shade I use but it actually worked. But the shade should be close to your hair colour so don't pick the lightest one. But what I did is apply it in layers and it looked nice. But if you want you can use Camomille products to lighten it. Hope this helps!

I wouldn't recommend it. Especially if you are a brunette. Brunette's are more prone to get that orange look.

orange, my friend had to go through a whole year of school until most of it grew out, and her mum wouldn't let her dye it back

it only works on light brown or dark blonde hair.
On brown hair you WILL turn orange.
