Garlic is not a substitute for prescription medicine or lifestyle changes, however it has long had a reputation for assisting with blood pressure management. The research data is not conclusive, however it does appear that there is some evidence to support the role of garlic in reducing systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Some people eat the garlic with lime or lemon juice for high blood pressure.
You can buy garlic pills.
You have to be careful eating too much raw garlic, because the allicin is very powerful (sulphur) agent.
Have a nice day!

The health food stores have garlic gel tablets, and also I believe a hard tablet. You could talk to them. I don't think you could tell right away, maybe a couple of weeks or so. Ask them the person at the health food store. I want to say, if your blood pressure is high, like say, 150/90 or something consistently, this won't help. If you are a guy , (can't remember what your picture looked like),and don't want to take medication that might affect your love life, then they do have other medications, like diuretics, that will do the trick. Your blood pressure should be 120/80, so if it is really much more than that and you are young, you should see a doctor. Even younger people these days, due to high fat diets, are forming blockages in their heart, which could cause high blood pressure and a possible heart attack. Go to a doctor and take some tests to determine what is causing this, and then decide on the medicine.

Garlic, Coconut juice, strawberries, fresh fruit, berries and veggies are all well and good for every body. But if your body has gotten to the point that your heart is having to pump at a higher rate because you forgot to eat these nice foods when you were younger and stronger than yes you should start eating them now but thats not going to reverse ALL your problems and all the different damages that is already there. CURE? the only cure for a damaged heart is a transplant or death. BUT You can start protecting whats left.

I have never heard of this. But, it stands to reason. I mean, most causes of stress are people related and the smell of fresh garlic would keep the people away.

Never heard of this helping BP, but you're sure to scare away anyone you come close to. Your breath can smell like that up to a few days after eating it. Yuck!
