Surely it is an uncivilized body. These are the only people who are responsible for the anrchy type of situation prevailing in our country. A recent incident in bihar about the killing of four youngsters in front of a crowd of 400 people is an example of the faulty administration system prevailing in our country. And all this is the result of thse uncivilised parlimantarians who are wasting the crores of rupees daily by disrupting the the constructive work of the parliament.

Like for any position in a government office, why there is no educational qualification required to become a member? Why not include mannerisms and personal behaviour as a pre-requisite to be eligible to stand for a position in politics. All the rest (trash) can be just party workers. An office be made to pass these and if they are found corrupt/biased, the opposition can take these officers to court.

thats a question the has been debated on even here in the us. or even if such language should even be used.the government of the people by the people should be readily understandable by all not just those that speak the legalese jargon that is used in congress when debating a bill or some other writ it seems to me that the average person should be able too attend a session in the gallery and clearly understand what is being said, with out the jargon that is used--- my oppinion anyway

definitely not .they are the people who set rules and regulations
in our country.being a democratic country its citizens have every right to speak but parliamentarians are voice of their respective regions ,country ears them more.so rules setters are definitely required to not to use unparliamentary language. and raise and convince people by what they think is actually right .and let their thought speak louder then their their abusive words

It is a disgrace to the nation that we have such parliamentarians. They are people's representatives. This speaks volumes of voters' sensitivity, maturity and wisdom. Such parliamentarians are the end products of money power,muscle power and insensitivities of the public who vote them to power

if the parliament members r using unparliamentary language than they should do in their homes.parliament is totally based on legal language ,for what it is meant for and likewise members too.

After all they represent the society or atleast the so called majority secondly politicians does not have any minimum basic requirements to contest the elections and the rest is what you have now!

They are the 'SCAVENGERS' -
They have to be immediately transferred to the respective Municipalities to undergo one month social service!!!!
Accordingly the constitution has to be amended!!
