Because, unlike the races that are actually smarter than us, we don't crap where we live. We have it all piped down into the valley where some one-eyed mutant has to deal with it. Have you ever met that guy? Any person that they can get to run the turd-swirler 24 hours a day, had GOT to be desperate for a job...

Because animals are plotting evil things in silence. They are seemingly innocent yet are probably scheming little creatures.
One day, they will try to take over and we'll be thinking "WE DID NOT SEE THIS COMING!!!"

Because we think we are, and feel superior to the lions. Its kind of ironic really, cause if a lion comes after you, you crap your pants, but if we go after lions, they think, "Hey the so called 'most advanced race' make hunting easier and easier don't they?" Geez. :]

because aliens didn't want to live here with us. we are to barbaric and stupid. Also, why would the animals let us know that they can understand us all of the time? they would only have to put up with what we do to each other!
