You can only be as tall as you are genetically programmed to be. Poor nutrition might mean you never reach that level, so eating right and being healthy are important.
Few men are at their full adult height at 14, so you likely have several more years to grow. A bone study may be able to tell how close to maturity you are, but this isn't really needed.
Other than growth hormones, which are not always a great idea and should never be tried except on medical recommendation and supervision, you will be as tall as the DNA in your cells says you should be.
Height is not the most important thing in the world. Napolean was quite short and look how far he went. What's in your head and heart matter more than how high off the ground they are.

You can try metal rods in your legs...but I think doctors and surgeons only do those kind of procedures on people with forms of dwarfism. Are you a dwarf??? Cause if not....sorry, but you're stuck being a shorty. Its not that bad, just see it as another obstacle in your life that will make you stronger. Oh yeah and put insoles in all your shoes *LoLz*.

Do alot of jumping. Take more calcium and amino.
But your height also depends on how tall are your parents.
