I am an asian got a job in Ship in Ghana pls.give advice

It's not clear what your question is. It seems you have obtained, in your own Asian country, a job as a seaman on a ship that you will board in Ghana. You don't say what flag the ship bears.

General rules for visas to Ghana are at:

Unless you are actually aboard a ship already, perhaps transfering from one ship to another, you do need a visa, for which you will have to show your seaman's card if you have one. Otherwise you'll need a transit or tourist visa with a mention most probably "to join ship". Easy to get, you just need a letter from the shipowner.

Once you have the Ghana visa, the others, transit visas, you need to get to Ghana (to change planes, etc.) are easy.

If your job were legitimate, the shipping company would help you to apply for the visas you need, depending on where the ship will be going. If all you have is one of the many fraudulent crewman employment letters that circulate around Accra and the rest of West Africa, sorry but you aren't going anywhere. I hope you didn't pay a lot for it.
