It's definitely Slovakian, and it means something like 'Another album by Natalie Oreiro was released in March 2005. It's called 'Nostalgia' and there is a lot of guitar music [I think that's the equivalent of 'acoustic']. It was produced by Ricardo Mollo.

As a fluent Czech speaker, I can tell you it's definitely NOT Czech. It seems to me like Slovak, but it may be another Slavic language, such as Slovene or Serbian. I can also tell you that it definitely isn't Russian, Polish, Belorussian, or Ukrainian.
