Yes, for many reasons, but first: masturbation is PHYSICALLY healthy. There has been lots of research on this, and there is no physical harm from masturbation. (if you insert objects of course, there is risk, but not from clitoral stimulation). It releases endorphins, lowers stress, and has a small positive effect on muscle tone. This is all good for you physically.
Second, endorphins and lower stress are good for you mentally, so right away there are mental benefits. It's like a biologically installed method of getting high. Why did God make it possible to give yourself so much pleasure if you're not supposed to use it? Why would he give women a clitoris, which has absolutely no biological usefulness except giving pleasure?
Third, It will increase your familiarity with your body, your understanding of how your sexual organs work, and make you more comfortable about your own sexuality. This will improve your self-esteem and self-confidence.
Fourth, in the future, when you find a man you want to be intimate with, I can't stress this too much: the experience for you AND him will be light-years better if you have been masturbating, than if you have never masturbated. Why, you might wonder. Well, for starters, you won't be shocked and nervous at completely new parts of your body being touched. You'll also be able to help him give you pleasure, and you'll have some idea of what sort of sensations to expect.
Finally, the Biblical position is ambiguous at best.
Read: http://www.religioustolerance.org/masturba3.htm for an alternative view of that.
Do it. It's free, it's harmless, and your future husband will thank you.

It is frowned upon completely in the Bible...and it is not healthy, because it can consume your thoughts and eventually you won't need to have a man around to pleasure you...No, it is not mentally healthy,...no matter what anyone tries to tell you, try to refrain...The Bible tells us it is better to marry than to 'burn in lust'..now I know many people will laugh at that and the way things are today, totally disagree..but they're disagreeing with God and His teachings..which I try to follow...so go ahead and curse me for it, you're cursing your Father in Heaven when you do.
