You should go to the VA admin office in Phoenix. As a 100% service connected vet, you are entitled to Voc Rehab, PX and commisary benefits, MWR, Space A travel, VA medical and dental. The Phoenix Regional office is located in:

Check the VA website, also many of the Veterans Organizations such as the VFW also list benefits at their sites.
