i was at my summer traning for 42 days. i meet with a girl. intally she shows interst in me i also likes her,after some days she irritated with the peoples and their comments and she dont talk to me. my time was over and i talk on the phone she talks me on the phone till yet i have not propose her i want to propose her and want to meet her but she start giving excues and she is very busy also with her work i cant understand what to do should i propose on the phone or wait more and propose after meeting her???

well don't be in a hurry with a girl because i think girls mostly like a good friend than a lover so first of all become a best friend then only go to the next stage of being a lover.and don't show over interest just be casual.because if u will try to stick they will get irritate.find out her birth date and analyse her nature through a book by Linda Goodman.best of luck.

Talk to her and say that u like her.If u dont say this how will you know if she likes you or not?Dont talk to her on the phone about this,but ask her to give you some time someday and then tell her about your feelings.
