I am 5'5" height, weighinh 67 Kgs, I want to reduce my weight by atleast 10Kgs, what steps i need to follow for the same?

Diet and exercise.

Diet: Keep deep fried and saturated fat food intake on the low side...AND bad carbs. You should limit processed grains and sugars. Instead, eat whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Instead of eliminating carbs completely from your diet, simply limit the bad ones.

Exercise about 4 to 5 times per week. Do something that is fun, but also exercises your heart for at least 30 minutes.

burn more calories than intake. Walk for at least 1/2 hour. Restrict sweet foods, junk and fast food, avoid Cakes,Pastries, Soft drinks. Eat lots of fruit. Keep Small goal at a time. Do not try to reduce 10 kgs at a time. Reduce weight slowly maybe 2 kgs per month. Do not go on for crash diet. Eat fruits. You need to consume food which provide more fibre. Do not give much attention to diet itself. Do not feel guilt if you are off diet once in a while.

A very simple and cost effective and natural way to reduce your weight is to run on tread mill at least 4 days a week for 3 months.....The running has to be for 30 Min's at least. Also when this is combined with less calorie intake, the results can be seen in 2 months.

Well, eat less don't go too frequently near dining table !! you can also do yoga-pranayama In pranayama there is one which is named Kapalbhati if you do it daily 300 you can reduce the weight by 10 kg or more.. If you want to see how to do it then you can watch astha-1,2 channel in morning 6 ( If you are an indian then you must be knowing baba ramdev??) & daily exercise & walking is also good & you should also not eat food giving many calories ...
