Anger is NOT caused by what someone else does or says - It is caused by what you THINK ABOUT what someone did or said!!! People are buttheads all the time.....But it gets to you IF you say to yourself THEY SHOULDN'T BE LIKE THAT~! You think people should know better; but, they don't!
When you realize you have no control over what others DO ; but, you DO have control over what you THINK about what they do. This puts YOU in control over your own emotions!!! It's empowering..... You can say, "hey, I don't like what she just said/did, but he/she just doesn't know any better!" In other words, cut people some slack; cut yourself some slack, too. Don't expect to be good at this overnight; just say "Oops, I just let that get to me again!" " Let's see, what could I think about this to feel better?"

If you are feeling anger over little things, that is usually a sign that there is something deeper within, that you aren't facing, that causes all the smaller issues to seem larger than they really are. Some soul searching may be in order. You can see someone to see if they can help you find out what is the source of the anger, there are literally thousands of books, and information on the web as well.
I know that there are different types of anger, each has certain symptoms, and fit a thought process. Read and see if you can find yourself saying yes in one area more than others, that may be a good start to admitting what's going on. Once you acknowledge and recognize what is at the root of it, then you can take steps to deal with it, and hopefully become a happier person. I also suggest that you talk to a Dr. since you say this happened after you had your children, because it may be something physiological that can be dealt with by some kind of medication. I don't advocate medication as a heal all in life, but it can't hurt to have it checked out, and then if it isn't something physical, then you can begin to research what kinds of anger you have and what are the best ways for you to diffuse anger. Keeping it all in, and not knowing, can sometimes cause an eruption. Just like maintenence with anything else, we need to keep maintenece of ourselves, and maybe there is something there you just haven't looked at yet. I hope this helps you find some ways to cope with what is happening and what is at the root of the anger.

It sounds as if you don't like the mundane aspects of being a wife and a mother and yet as you chose to get married those people, roles, and responsibilities were part of the life that you conceptualized long ago and brought forth into the world. It is impossible to disregard those duties but you might want to find a creative and fulfilling mission for yourself that goes beyond those duties. If you find a broader definition of yourself than those two roles I think it will make it easier for you to fulfill the roles that you find so constraining at present

Anger is usually an out burst of emotion when a person feels helpless and feels that he can achieve something by showing his anger, the most effective remedy which i have tried is to meditate regularly and deeply you will be surprised that after a few week you will find getting angry to be a futile loss of energy, you will infact laugh that you used to get angry and that too to your loved ones

Rome was not built in a day.
Your anger have been actually collected within your mind in a period of time. Therefore, it turns into your action at the right time. This makes you unhappy.
In order to solve this problem, you need to give yourself time for relaxing through meditation. Giving a nice smile to them everyday helps you feel better. Then, your situation will be better soon.
Sincerely.
