I am of age 31, and now a days loosing a hairs lot,
please suggest me what pre-cautions i need to take to avoid the same, from past few months, i have lost almost 30-50% hairs

Fat is the raw material for building not only bones but also hair and nails. Blood supplies vital nutrients and helps remove toxins from the scalp.

The life of each strand of hair parallels the life of the body as a whole--both depend on good nutrition. Dry hair and hair
loss are generally signs of poor nutrition.

Curry Leaves: The leaves, bark and the root of the curry plant are used in indigenous medicine as a tonic for falling hair.
Rosemary: Shampoos and hair lotions containing the pure extract of rosemary rejuvenate the scalp and hair while preventing dandruff and premature baldness.
Sage: The herbs is useful in preventing grey hair if blended in hair tonics.

Hair loss is in a large number of cases, hereditary and in some cases due to faulty food habits and ofcourse due to lack of care. You must see whether in your case it is hereditary or not. If it is hereditary then I feel there's nothing much you can do about it. Ofcourse you can take care and reduce the rate of hair falling. You must wash your hair regularly with a light soap or shampoo. Do not apply any kind of oil in your hair. This is from my personal experience. And most of all do not worry too much about it. Worrying doesn't help.

If its not hereditary I still feel you should not worry too much about it. afterall though none of us like to lose hair, is it that important to lose sleep over it. All of us cannot have ideal physical attributes. There's nothing wrong in taking care of your hair as mentioned above. To my knowledge and experience, medicines and other therapies hardly help in the case of hair growth unless you go in for artificial hair transplant which I feel is avoidable and unnecessary. Ofcourse if your profession demands it, like if you're an actor or in the visual media etc. you can always seek professional help. You must review your food habits. You must eat lot fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid junk food and fried stuff. You can also do some yogasanas like the sheersasana ( headstand) which is extremely helpful in hair growth particularly if you are young and in the growing age.

this one is from the book 'health in ur hands'by dr devendra vora;
in the case of falling hair,the person should rub the nails of eight fingers againts each other for 10 to 15 minutes daily.for better results,it is adviced that rubbing of nails may b done five minutes in the morning and five minutes before going to bed.
this is a acupressure treatment and it really works

consult a dermatologist because every case of hair fall has to be dealt in a different manner. There's no one solution that applies to all. But the general reasons for hair fall are, lack of sleep, stress, bad eating habbits, inadequate vitamins intake.
