this means they are trying to get out of a relationship easily i mean they make up excuses so they wont be rude and just brake up with u i mean saying that means a person is playing games

It could mean anything. It could be an excuse, or it could actually be the truth. I've said that to someone before, and I really, honestly meant it. It wasn't them, it was just that it was not right for me at that time.
