Pick up a copy of Gene Spaziani's book, "The Home Winemaker's Companion." That'll explain everything for you. There's too much information to post here.

2. Remove from heat and add honey directly to the mix.
3. Stir well and let set for 10-15 minutes to pasturize.
4. Pour the must into a fermentation bucket.
5. Let the must set overnight.

i'd flow it to a niche that is continually over seventy two*F, heavily open it and stir it around (making use of a sterilized, non-steel spoon), then replace the lid and airlock. There must be some interest after that, although if that is not somewhat as lively through fact the 1st few days of fermentation. it is going to ultimately appear like that is lifeless after each and every week or so, although if that is not. although if, if the wine smells undesirable once you open it up, that is probable spoiled and could be discarded.
