The Very best form of Birth control is not to have sex at all. But if that isn't the answer you wanted here is the next best things.
1) go to the doctor and see about getting on the Birth control Patch.
2) There are also Spermicides that you can use.Although I don't know how effective they are.They come on little Sponges that are inserted into the vagina or they come in a cream form.

Aside from abstinence, cuz that's the only one that's one hundred percent, there's the Depo shot and an IUD(introuterine device) that's placed inside your uterus and prevents conception from taking place.

The coil - causes heavier periods but means you dont have to worry about it, cos there is no taking of it, or putting it on it is permanantly there
