Sperm exposed to room air on clothing, bed linens or toilet seats lose motility (the ability to swim) rapidly. Once the semen dries out, the sperm are usually dead.
That said, you should take basic caution after sex that you've cleaned up any big splashes on her or around her

You can get pregnant anywhere up to 3 days after sex as the sperm are still mobile & can live longer inside the uterus than in the vagina, the vagina is very acidic, once they are past there chances are better that they will live.

I think it might be a few minutes depending on environment. Think of sperm donor banks. The sperm lasts long enough for them to freeze them or whatever they do with them.

Not being an expert on the matter as I'm a woman......
I believe it stays alive as long as it is wet. So I wouldn't
be sitting on any male fraternity bedsheets just yet!!!
