"I am illegal, I have rights!" Can i say B.S.? "I came here illegaly because it is virtualy impossible to get here legally?" Uhm...b.s.! I don't care what your argument is for committing a crime. "My daddy abused me so, i took a gun and shot up a school" same b.s. as these arguements. There IS no excuse for an illegal act. For god's sake! Take respnsibility for the fact that you are a crimminal if you are an illegal immigrant!
Guess what?! I am the child of an immigrant. It was hard as h*ll to get here legally for my parents, but never would they have done it any other way. Why? Because they were not crimminals! So, you see, it may be hard, but it can be done! And, if you can't? Well, some people want to kill their ****** neighbors, but they won't. Why? Because it is a crime. Can you at least draw a line between a crimminal act and one that is not?!
Who here is willing to call a criminal a criminal and say b.s. to all the boo hooing and belly aching?

El Indio. No I have not. I wouldn't do these things (except maybe speed, which is a far cry from packing all my belongings and sneaking into a whole other country to steal from it) because..say it with me: They are crimes! I am not a crimminal...are you understanding the point yet?

I agree with you, some of the arguments are very weak. One of these pro-illegals that answered you asks about you speeding and the answer is yes, and when you are caught you pay your ticket and learn from it, you don't try to tell the officer that you really needed to get some where fast. And if you have been found to have littered you pay your fine, you don't tell the judge that it was just to cumbersome to carry. And if you get caught being in this country illegally you get deported. Simple, punishment fits the crime. I also don't like the way these people say that I am an immigrant too, like they think that there is some kind of "immigration gene" by which if my grandfather was an immigrant then there is a strong chance that i will be one too. These are some of the outrageous claims these criminals will say in order to get away with their crime.

The weak arguments of Illegals…to equate citizens that exceed the speed limit with their own state sponsored criminal invasion felony is a farce! By their logic because anyone commits murder that gives you the right to do the same? Not all criminals should be grouped the same…I agree! One that starts off their first foot in America as a felon they should not get a citation as a citizen speeding would…but arrested and deported as soon as possible.
The I won’t say illegal entry is right is to imply their felony is not wrong…Wrong!
Their actions as a solider in Mexico’s state sponsored invasion is much More of a threat than the misdemeanors of legal citizens. The fact they strain so much to distort and make that comparison indicates the depths of their criminal mind set.
You are correct! In fact the only “rights” illegals have are for two cookies, a glass of juice, and a bus ride back to T.J.

That's the same thing I've been preaching since this whole ordeal got blown out of proportion. I live in Arizona. And I watched these people march these American streets practising the American right to assemble AND of free speech. I have no problem with someone trying to better their life. I urge everyone I know to change for the better. But there are rules in this country that, as citizens, we all abide by......We all know what happens when you break the law here. Damnit, it makes about as much sense as prison inmates crying for their rights. You gave up your rights by breaking the law!
A crime is a crime.

I think most of us just want to be assured of who you are and from where you came.
Nobody is afraid of immigrants, we are a Country based on immigration. We know we have lost control of our borders and we are constantly being told people want to hurt us at the same time as we allow totally weak border control.
We have a government invested in frightening our socks off that at the same time is very desirous of cheap immigrant labor.
To say we are conflicted is like saying south park may contain angst.
I do feel for the plight of the innocent here illegally. I think your best action is to fess up, as quickly as possible. Prove you are not a terrorist.
Get doccumented. Now.

Sneaking over to America to live a life, pay for family, and contribute to the country, is very different from someone killing their whole neighborhoods. Not all criminals should be grouped as the same. There are rich criminals in America who break the law all the time, but because they're rich, or know the right people, no one does anything about it.
I'm not saying that illegal immigrants are right or wrong, I'm just pointing out that your argument to see them as the same people who kill others for no reason, makes no sense.
Maybe you can restate your argument a little better, thats all I'm saying, I'm not trying to offend you or anything. I just like strong arguments.
Also, for those who are very quick to label someone as a criminal, should realize that every single person alive is a criminal in one way or another. The question is, which acts are more of a threat? And which true threats should we really concentrate on fixing in this country, and the world.

First of all "sneaking" as you put it and shooting up a school are as different from each other as speeding and and"sneaking". In fact the "sneaking" and speeding would be comparable. Both are a non violent criminal act. Just as speeding is a crime you feel you can break if you want to use that analogy then (I wouldn't) then the "sneaking" is one they feel is alright.

Absolutely, crime is crime, period. No clever twisting of words, shyster lawyers or bleeding heart liberals change a thing. Illegal aliens are ILLEGAL, period.
Arrest them all, try them all, sentence them all as appropriate to the specific laws they broke and then throw them out of the country permanently (we do not want criminals for citizens.)
My grandparents (on one side) and one of my parents earned their citizenship the good old fashioned way, LEGALLY!

YES you can! And with honor! Doing the right thing is most always harder than doing the wrong thing. But there's pride, courage and honor in choosing the right thing and respect always follows.
