Just butter a slice of bread, sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on it, toast in toaster oven.

one teaspoon of cinammon to a cup of sugar is sort of standard but it truly a matter of personal taste. You can actually skip the sugar and simply sprinkle cinnamon. As for the toast I would suggest a light white bread - - - cinnamon and pumpernickle can be a bit raw and even rye is a stretch. Peace.

easy one! cinnamon and sugar! okay really...
spread some butter on toast....then you can sprinkle the amount of sugar you want and then sprinkle cinnamon...broil it until it looks likes you want it too...best to make sure the sugar melts completely....or it is grainy and feels wierd. or you can put it in a toaster oven...
also you can pre-mix the sugar and cinnamon before you use it.
it is trial an error till you get it like you like it.
now that you raised that question, i will have to go and make some now!

mix one tablespoon white sugar (or brown if you like) and one tablespoon ground cinnamon--toast slice of bread and load it up with butter, sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar and enjoy!
