Store the lime in the refrigerator but they won't last as long as maybe you want.

The best for long time storage is by squeezing the lime juice from the lime and storing them like ice cubes. After they have taken the shape as a cube then store them in a plastic container or plastic polythene bag (but make sure you close the bag so that your freezer will not have the smell) in the freezer.

When you need to use just pick one ice cube and there you are.

The only time consuming is the squeezing of the lime juice.

Otherwise there is nothing impossible in the world today.

I would never buy any more citrus fruit then what I could use in a week or two. It will spoil even in the fridge.

keep them in the crisper, but there isn't much you can do. They will go bad.
