Many people believe that God gives humans free will, and it is up to them to make their choices. Many people believe God may be involved with a Big Picture type of thing when it comes to life on Earth but doesn't get involved with the day-to-day stuff. It is hard to understand why any good God would let innocent people suffer, but suppose God is a force with no ability to change what humans do; and suppose that's why humans were created - to do the work that this God for some reason cannot do....

I don't think God is evil. I think either neutral or else good and maybe all-seeing and all-knowing but not able to be all-fixing.

I think that humans are evil - or, at least, those running this disgusting burlesque of blood for the pleasure of the arms manufacturers.

But far worse are those who, when faced with the choice of stopping the bloodshed, choose to let it continue, with a condescending smile and the aforementioned brandy and cigar.

Those are the ones who should be stripped and lined up in front of a wall, and made to face stones and rotten vegetables thrown at them by the mothers of the dead children, the relatives of the dead civilians and soldiers.

It is difficult to understand God's reasoning. Since existence is eternal, life on earth is brief. It is important that a person struggle with the things that confront him during his lifetime and overcome the evil. God created evil for this purpose to strenghthen the spirit of mankind.

Isa 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these [things].

God will likely not allow mankind of a specific historical epoch to destroy the Earth, however God does not intervene to stop war. Many times God allows children to die from war, accidents famine or illness. The soul, however, does not die. Existence is eternal.

I think there are evil people. And what is so special about those Lebanese innocents? Are you aware of how many people have died in Rhuanda and Darfur? It makes the numbers in Lebanon look minor.

And just who are you to even think you know about God and how God works? But look on the bright side IF God had made everyone perfect --You wouldn't be who you are.

If God exists there are several questions to be aswered. 1)If God is omnpotent yet allows horrific non-humankind made deaths to happen, why? 2) If He is Omniscient and knows all that will happen in the future and the past does He allow it it to happen without some sense of toying? 3) If God is perfect why does He allow imperfection? and 4) If you knew what was to be created would you have done done it?

what can God do? man asked for freewill and God gave him. but its not that God will keep quiet forever. i'm sure God is watching all this and He is thinking: why did i give satan a chance.? man is not so innocent that he cannot differentiate between right and wrong. he has a brain to think.

that was what i was trying to tell earlier. its civilians and laymens who are affected the most. who is killed most, laymen like us. if they want war, then it should not be in the center of a big city where it may be a threat to all people. why is it that innocents are killed more than the terrorists. as long as wars take place, only innocent people are going to suffer.

the best part was, when i told that both parties are attacked, someone gave me a negative ratings. and there was one person who said that israel, us and uk should wipe out the enitre middle east. well what can i say. i think they gave me their answer.

"While everyone was asleep his enemy came and sowed weeds all through the wheat, and then went off. When the crop grew and bore fruit, the weeds appeared as well. The slaves of the householder came to him and said, 'Master did you not sow good seed in your field? Where have the weeds come from? He answered, 'An enemy has done this.' His slaves said to him, 'Do you want us to go and pull them up?' He replied, 'No, if you pull up the weeds you might uproot the wheat along with them. Let them grow together until harvest; then at harvest time I will say to the harvesters, 'First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles for burning; but gather the wheat into my barn." (Matthew 13:25-30) This parable of Jesus should help answer your question.

God is not evil, the world we live in is evil. God is not doing this to us, we've done it to ourselves. His heart is broken for us, but He will not just snap His fingers and make all the bad go away. We must learn how to help change things, and act on that. And the way to do that is prayer. Everyone wants a quick fix to their problems, that's just human. But that's not how things work. All of the events in history, present and future are laid out in the Bible. We go against God's will, and His plan for our lives-and this is the result. So, please--when things are going hay-wire in your life, don't blame God, or others. We must all, first, look inside ourselves. Alot of times all that is needed to fix a problem is a change of heart. God bless you!

Yeees sweetie, you just sit on your *** and wait for God to descend from heaven and do anything you ask.
If you want something done put some elbow grease into it, or stop nagging!

Love, God
