Trust me if you were having an Asthma attack then you would not be asking that question on the computer. I have Asthma and its not fun, not funny, and it is no joke. May you are just having an anxiety attack. Those sometimes can seem like an Asthma attack. Try to take even slow breath's in through your nose and out through your mouth.
