My friend and I plan to go out over the weekend, (our children are away with their respective dads, yippee!) but where do we go to meet older men, perhaps divorced themselves?
Ideally in N8/N10/N22 area (Crouch End or Muswell Hill). Preferably with decent music & dancing - yep, even us oldies still like to dance!
Any of you men out there - where would you go out for an evening?

I can't answer for my friend, but I am not looking to be "picked up" but to have some pleasing male company where I can talk about something other than children and schools for an evening!

Look at the adverts in you local paper..I've seen ads for "singles" clubs for the divorced etc. Never been to one though but I have heard it's a great place to pick up or get picked up if that's your intention.
