Left Click the Blue Bar at the Bottom of the Screen go down to Properties - Left Click - now Click the Start Menu Tab at the Top - Click Customize and Check the box for Expand Control Panel. Now Click the Start Button at the Bottom Left then go up to Programs follow the arrow to Assessors then follow it to Accessibility then to Accessibility Wizard. GOOD LUCK

they have a lot of settings to help the disabled use computers.
like magnafying glasses, voice to indicate where things are, things like this that make using the computer more convienent. these can all be found with everything else that comes with the windows XP OS.
