have a lot chicken wings, steaks, bread and steamed rice, also do not miss dessert like cheese cakes, apple pies, snacking a lot candies and chocolate during the day and drink a lot water and have at least 8 hours sleep. also don't worry about anything and don't stress you out. You should gain 20 pounds easily in a month or so... Lucky you. I feel hungry already.

People do put on weight even they eat is because of poor digestion. Take daily one table spoon of Chavanaprash an Ayurvedic medicine and you will put on weight easily.

well if you mean body weight start drinking beer belly will come quickly.... if you mean muscular wieght well then start lifting and eat meat....
