Search on the web for the types of planes you want to make: There are MANY kits available, from the delta plane to sophisticated single engine four seaters (bit more expensive though!).
If you don't want to buy a kit, you may get some plans only at the same sources, but you will run into difficulties to make or get some parts.
Finally, you could get some MODEL airplanes plans, and adapt them for full-size, but you will need some good knowledge of aerodynamics... and engineering (you can't just scale a model up).
But, if you enjoy flying, why don't you just go to a club and get your PPL? After that, you can fly (nearly) any plane, anywhere, and without investing in an aircraft...
