You are a teenager and you have not learned to be a man yet. If you are a man and you have not learned to control your mind, you are still a immature male.

So what you need to do is to train your brain to control your urges and your body. This done by not acting you your urges. Animals just act on their urges when it come to sex. You being a human being, have or should have control over your sexual urges. Like as you grow up your parents teach you right from wrong. Now you are grown you are developing into a man. Now you have to control your body and brain and take control of your body. If not then you can join the animal kingdom and only get sex once in a while. Only when the females are in heat.

You will think about sex for most of the day and that is normal. If you stay active in sports and other activities you will have other things on your mind. Each time you start to think about sex and you desires, in inappropriate places, then slap yourself across the face... your mind and body will get the idea soon. You will look stupid doing it in a crowd but it will not take long for you to control that emotion and get it under control.

I am not saying repress your sexual desires, I am saying just control them. If you are not sexually active with a female then you have the choice to masturbate. If you do have a choice with a female or male partner then use and condom and go for it.

If you are one of the many men and women that can control their sexual desires you will be more happier and content in your life.

You ask this question as if there is something wrong with feeling sexual desires, and something wrong with satisfying yourself.

There is nothing wrong with either of these; it's all part of being a human being.

Oh, you might get some religious fanatics, telling you that it's wrong, but don't worry about them too much.

The brain...it all begins there. The pituitary gland produces the hormones which circulate to the different areas of our bodies. Imagination is so important and the more vivid the better! Then, look out erogenous zones!

satisfy yourself in private, but do try and control the urge. It will happen less and less as you get older.

As long as sex is taboo it will always seem alluring.
It's only natural to seek things out and experience new things.
