Search web for specific PD in that city., and State. They usually
have their own website. Most Pd's do. look at the page to see anything about inmate info. If you can't find anything, I would e-mail or call and ask someone in charge Directly. You will get help
eventually.....U just gotta keep at it. I had to locate my soon to be
ex- husband out in CA., in jail somewhere. But CA has an "inmate
locator" phone number. Have their name, birthdate, ready.

You can search the online Kansas "supervised population" search engine

"Supervised population" includes people in state correctional facilities and on parole/probation.

If it's prison, the website is Kansas DOC. It has pictures and everything.
