Yum. I'm particularly fond of Braeburns. I haven't done this in awhile, but it's refreshing to munch on Granny Smith apples with lemon juice (cut up the apples, put them in a plastic bag, add some lemon juice, shake it up, let it chill, and enjoy).

Yeah, especially if they aren't ruined with chemicals during growth (not hard to find out here in the country, living next to my uncle's farm). Hawkeye apples are the best.

My favorite apples are Fuji apples and Jazz apples. I love Granny Smith apples too, but they make my tummy hurt.

yes i make flower plates of apples you cut them and arange them like a flower on a plate add grapes for the center and peanut butter to dip them in
