Cats can eat anything. Even poultry bones. They are carnivores, thats why they have all the sharp teeth. I have never heard of a cat that died from eating anything wierd except for antifreeze.

I lived on a Farm in my youger days and cats will eat almost anything. Certainly pork will not hurt the strays as they would be used to eating anything they can get their paws on. Just do not give them small broken bones as they could get them stuck in their throats. The bigger ones will not hurt as they will get the meat off.
Strays will eat almost anything including cooked rice, potato and all meats even uncooked. In fact it is often better to give your pet cat some raw meat instead of just all the processed food that is available nowadays. Kangaroo meat is good for this purpose.

I love love cats. I have 4 at home and I feed the strays too. but I don't feed with human food. I do understand where you are coming from. I really don't think the pork will harm them.. they should stomach it well. especially well cook..
Meows...

It's fine, heck they can stomach medium rare pork. Cats are better then us in that way. Especially strays. They have probably eaten a heck of lot worse then what your feeding them.

The best thing you can feed any cat is high quality dry cat food. NutroMax, Eukanuba, Science Diet, etc.

if your going to give the cat big meat like that, be sure to cut it up, or they might get sick. And obviously, don't give them the bone, they could choke. If they eat the bone, they could damage their digestive system.

If as dog or cat get hold of a small bone and it breaks into little pieces in their stomach, they will
suffer a horrible death. Please be careful what you feed them- stick with dry food -it's safer .

Sure. Cats are pretty carnivorous! Just don't get them any pieces with bones in them.
