I need a vet that can treat parrots near Lake Elsinore,Ca.?

That will let me make payments. The neighbors dog tore my macaws wing ,there`s bones sticking out and it`s hanging by a thread

Call around. I know that place has really built up since I started living in Cali back in the mid 90's. I'm sure there's a place that will help you. Nothing like return business.
