Make some Herbal Iced tea (no caffeine) and add stevia to it. Stevia is a sweetenr that is made from a root. It is non carcinogenic and does not affect the glycemic index. I like the liquid stevia for drinks myself - - but some people use the packets of it. Its very yummy and healthy because there are no side affects or calories or cancer causing agents!

Decaf coffee -- black. Decaf tea with no sugar. Water.

Nowadays you should have no difficulty finding a drink like that at any grocery store. All depends on your idea of "yummy".
