Make a beef veggie soup but leave out the eggs. If you have eggs in your freezer, you may want to throw them out.

Cook the beef, drain, put this in a casserole dish and cut up the carrots and celery (dice it up) and an onion if ya got any, add in with the beef and some water , scramble up the egg and add to mixture stirring to blend in well. Get ya some mashed potatoes make according to directions and add this on top of the beef mixture. Bake in a 325 preheated oven for bout an hour. There ya go! easy to do !

eat the minced beef with a side dish of carrots and celery. But use the eggs to make an omlet or something.

Chop up the carrots and celery. Fry the beef, add in the veggies and a jar of spaghetti sauce and voila, spaghetti bolognaise!
Seriously, eggs in the freezer? Just do scrambled eggs for breakfast...

TAKE THE MEAT OUT OF THE FREEZER, THAW IT, BEAT THE EGGS AND DICE THE CELERY AND CARROTS.
MIX IT WITH THE MINCED BEEF AND PLACE IT IN A GREASED LOAF PAN, PUT IT IN THE OVEN AT 350 DEGREES, AND WHEN IT IS READY, PLACE IT ON THE PLATE ALONG WITH OTHER THINGS YOU LIKE TO EAT, HAVE A BEVERAGE AND ENJOY!
THIS MEAL WOULD BE COMMONLY KNOWN AS
MEATLOAF.
DONT OVER COOK IT-IT WILL BE TOO DRY AND POSSIBLY NOT VERY TASTY.
TO ALSO ADD A BETTER MORE SOFTER AND DELICIOUS TASTE TO THIS MEATLOAF, ADD MOIST BREAD AND MILK, YES, I SAID MILK. IT WILL BE SO MOIST AND TASTY THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IT AGAIN AND AGAIN!
HAPPY EATING!

You keep eggs in the freezer? How do you keep them splitting? Never heard of that before.

The quickest and easiest would be a meatloaf. Throw in some chopped onions and seasonings etc.Any cookbook would give you a recipe.

Fried rice, if you have rice. Otherwise, I'm thinking meat and veggie filled omelets.

meatloaf would be your best bet--add some sort of binder like bread crumbs or soaked bread, maybe some ketchup or bbq sauce for zest
