Put it in a glass bake dish... dump two cans of cream of celery soup on-top... (sounds gross but that stuff is great for cooking)... Cover with foil... bake at 350-400 for a few hours... Enjoy...
I usually make with the same except I substitute the sausage with chicken... It can't be that bad your way however.
Good luck!
I hope it works out!

The sausages in the bottom of the slow cooker with a can of cream soup-later add the others. Always good.

The main thing is you need to get some onions. Is it Italian sausage? Yes; then get bell pepper also, fry in skillet with onion & potatoes, season and add other ingredients if desired.

you can make a soup out of it! cut up the sausage in to bite size pieces along with everything else, and use chicken broth to cook it all together! yum

Cut everything up into bite sized pieces and fry them up in a little butter and seasoning in a great big frying pan. Anyone been to Branson MO? They serve this stuff in great big kettles at Silver Dollar City. It is great!

i will not combine all of them.first,i'll make a juice out of the carrot and celery.keep it refrigerated.then for the sausage,i'll combine it with bread.and as fro the potato,i'll have it baked and put some mayo on it.
