It was very difficult indeed ...we never feel as sexy as we did before we became pregnant...we worry that our kitty isn't in the same shape as it was before we pushed something that weighs 5-9lbs. ....one thing about our vaginal areas is this ...they can take a lickin' and keep on tickin' (no pun intended..). Also the only way you might experience pain is if you have not allowed your private area to heal completely...do that for yourself so that you won't be in fear of ripping or tearing..or popping a stitch or two...believe me if your man loves you and if you love yourself it won't kill either of you to wait a little bit....your health and safety should come first..as far as this subject is concerned anyway. Don't forget to do your Kegel exercises as well ...you know ...the little squeeze and release exercises that we must do to keep our kitty in tip top shape and ready for a work out ...*smile* ...you know what I'm sayin'....So be safe and have fun and don't worry you are just as beautiful now as you were before you gave birth to your little bundle of joy ...OK sweetie.

After I had a 12 lbs 9 oz baby and healed. The sex went back to normal and it was great and then about 9 months later I was pregnant again with my second son. Now I have had sex once after this birth and he is 2 months old. I just had a miscarriage so I think it is time to slow down. Just be careful and dont stress your self thinking that you are not pleasing your man because your not giving it up every night like you use to. When you find the time and feel sexy again do what you got to do to get him in the mood. Which should not be hard at all. =) Oh! I goes back to the same size as it was just ask your doctor he/she will tell you the same thing.

Yeah, you'd think after pushing such a large thing out of there that it might never be the same again! But for most women I think they go back to their original size. Kegel exercises help, I've been doing them since before I got pregnant. My partner has no complaints, he said I felt smaller to him! We didn't sleep together until three months after my delivery because there was just so much going on and I was so tired all the time. It wasn't painful really, maybe uncomfortable for a minute, but then everything was great! Try not to worry about it too much, you'll be fine!

I was really worried it would be painful too. I had an episiotomy with the first one so the healing took a while longer. Kegel excersizes will solve any tightness fears you may have if you want to impress him with how strong your muscles are beacause those are excersizes you can do any time/any where. No excuses for looseness ladies.
So on to the good news. Not only was it even better after the first child, 6 years later it's even BETTER after the 2nd child.

personally, guys really don't think it feels different-atleast i have never heard any guys with babies that i know ever leave their woman because she feels different. for a woman who is new to the experience-i have three kids so i've been there too-you feel different to yourself, like "now im too loose and he'll hate having sex with me" or like when you are with some one new after your first baby its a brain strain wondering if he'll think your loose down there. here's the deal, its pretty much like a rubberband-it will bounce back, the honest to Gods truth is that yes it will be different but not in the "i just pushed an elephant out of my tw**t" different but different. you will never be a virgin again, but thats okay- if the guy you had the baby is like any other hot blooded man-he wont notice a thing. and if theres a new guy-remember he has nothing to compare how you were before the baby to, after all if hes a new guy, he hasnt been there yet!-have fun-oh if hteres pain see a dr asap!

We waited until the doctor said it was okay. My biggest problem was not any pain, but exhaustion. I was so tired taking care of the baby. You will need to work out enough sleep for you and enough sex for him. My husband found no change in his pleasure. Talk to your doctor about how long you should wait.

After my first I had an episiotomy, and even though it was five months before I had sex, it was painful for quite awhile.
After that experience I didn't let them cut me again. And the first time was just fine. Do your kegels!

It isn't that bad, just go slow, if you uncomfortable stop.
If you tore or were cut, you are going to feel it, it will heal but i read that it can take up to a year to heal. Just do what you are comfortable with, if you partner loves you he will understand.
