There is no age limit or a particular age to wear a sari. In South India, they drap a sari to a babygirl on some special occasions like dussera and janmashtami.
The choice is to given to the girl herself as to when to wear a sari. In this century I donot think that any girl would lilke to wear a sari at a young age.

well, usually at the age of 15 u can start wearing one? are u form India or the states....from wha my parents tell me, in India its around that age....good luck...winding up ur saree:)
