Yes, their are a couple of ways, I shouldn`t be telling you this, because you should be married before having sex, but I can`t cast a stone, I have my own sins. anyways before the forelay you can take care of yourself, if you know what I mean, or this may help, the skin between the shaft and the balls,If you hold yourself there, or if she does that can sometimes help too. I think the best way is the first one though. Oh one more thing, most of the time a girl need at least 30 minutes of foreplay before she can even think about cumming..good luck

There's a couple things you can do:
1) Think about other things while you're having sex
2) The more times you have sex, the longer you last
