Diahhrea usually comes as a relief to constipation in the last month of pregnancy. It helps signal the nearing of labor. If you are pregnant, then you definitely need to see the doctor because you could be dehydrating. Drink lots of water.

You can have a whole assortment of symptoms when you're pregnant. I usually had constant nausea and constipation. If the diarrhea lasts a few more days, call your doctor and see what can be done.

Not usually, I can tell you that somtimes pregnant women are constipated from the iron in prenatal vitamins. Maybe something in the vitamins is bothering you, or maybe you have a virus. I would keep hydrated and call the doctor is it keeps up.
