i want to stay fit and feel stronger,better ideas??/

Boxing training is great for women. Whether or not you actually want to spar and get hit is a personal decision, of course, but its the same for a man. The training that boxers commit to will get you in excellent shape. Knowing how to properly throw a punch also has an obvious self defense component aside from the conditioning benefits. Just make sure you wrap your hands properly before you start doing bag work ; )

Why not it is great for any one. Personally I liked kick boxing. I found it not only got your body in shape but also calms your mind.
