The basic concept of weight loss is simple.... Burn more calories then you consume daily and in the long run you will lose weight.
However, rarely is anything as simple as A to B and it would be a good idea to consult your Doctor and/or a professional licensed Nutritionist or Dietician.

to reduce weight u just have to do regular exercise early in the morning.And have a healthy deit rather then the fast foods or oily things
