they are pretty much the same thing, but not exactly the same!

Cutting hair is just cutting. Shaving cuts the hair and also exfoliates the skin. Many women shave their upper lip even tho they do not have a lot of hair because it reduces the chances of wrinkles.

For me there isn't a vast difference. I try to shave, but my face ends up bleeding all over the place.

from wat i have heard, a cutting is just when they make ur hair shorter. and a shaving is when all your hair is shaved off, thus...u dont have any more hair. thats why mostly guys, shave their heads, u know?....
