I have tried cocoa butter without any results and I wondered about mederma. I see it advertised and it looks good, but I don't believe that it will work as well as the commercial shows and its kind of expensive so I didnt want to waste the money if it doesnt work. If you have tried it, how well does it work? I have pretty big surgical scars that I know won't go away but I want them to be less noticeable.

my wife has a burn scar she tried mederma, scar zone ,cocoa butter but no luck

Vit E oil works better, open a cap every day
