Whole wheat bread. Smoked turkey breast, mayo, mustard, avocado, red onion, lettuce, tomato, bacon, provolone cheese.

Toasted wheat bread, organic non-hydrogenated peanut butter, sliced bananas and honey. Hmmmm ..... yummy. I also really enjoy marinara sandwiches. Just tomato sauce and bread. Also, if you are a fan of mustard, mustart and bean sprouts are awesome!

cream cheese with parsley, spinach, thinly sliced cucumbers, with kipper fillets on a sandwich roll or ciabatta bread(toasted). Sometimes I add tabasco for a kick of it.

1 - Peanut Butter & Maple Syrup Sandwich (on bread)
2 - Chicken Fillet (on a bun) with swiss cheese, BBQ sauce, bacon & fried onions.... not good for you, but oh my god is it delicious!! :)
