Ramen Noodle Veggie Skillet Dish Cook the Ramen Noodles. Add in your chopped vegetables and combine with the noodles. Cook until done. Do NOT use the flavor packet but season with Greek seasoning. YUMMY!!! Optional: You can add in chopped pieces of meat also.

Another recipie I made was just take some uncooked ramen, break it up, and then add some sugar and cinnimon to taste and a little honey to make it stick. Water might work too. If you do it right, and you have fresher ramen, it is pretty good! Not many people use ramen for dessert! You might also want to make a normal ramen soup, add some hosin sauce and pork or beef. Spice it up too! Yum Yum!

I always leave out the flavor packets. Its like adding flavored salt. I like boiling the noodles then adding different toppings. You can take a pack and add a bit of queso or parm cheese is good as well. They are also good when added to a stir fry.

I like making lazy lasagna with them. Boil them just enough to keep the brick shape.. add to a baking dish then use sausage, vegetables or whatever... Top with cheese and bake for 30 mins at 350.

This website is sort of tongue in cheek, but the recipes are good. http://mattfischer.com/ramen/

Making Fried noodles. Boil noodle for 2 mina nd drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Add olive oil to a pan and add in chopped garlic and cook till lightly browned, Add a small amount of onions and cook till they start to turn clean. Take all ur packets and empty in a bowl, Add 1 to 2 tsp of hot water, a lil soy sauce. Dump noodles and soy/packet mixture back in pan with noodles and fry till most of the moisture is gone. Thats a Reg version of asian Fried Noodles. Ohhh And I like to top it off with a lil green Onions

When I am trying to get a real meal out of ramen I crack one egg in it, and whatever vegetables I can find...broccoli, sugar peas, cut up lettuce...pepperoni slices, ham, deli meat, frozen shrimp..whatever is in the fridge. Then to make it extra special, I put a bit of soy sauce and sugar in it. haha.
I also like it stir-fried. Cook the noodle and drain the liquid. Julienne some veggies like cabbage, carrots, onions and satay. Throw the noodles in with the veggies for a min and pour the seasoning packet and mix it up. Hehe

One of my favorite things is...
Boil water, remove from heat, add ramen noodles just to soften them. then drain. In a skillet, add 2 tblsp oil, (peanut is best) and add onions chopped fine, and pimentos and green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers, toss in the skillet covering well with the oil and cook just enough to tender it a bit, add the noodles, cooked, and stir together mixing very well in the skillet. Serve.
You can add water chestnuts to this peanuts, just about anything ...IT"S GREAT!
