This is a very difficult question, first, how can you tell they are illegal when you are not an INS agent?
As of today the only institution that can resolve this matter is the Department of Homeland security Via INS or USCIS, however these people are too busy chasing terrorists. If they really wanted to stop this, they should have done it from the border which is the source, Once in the country these people unfortunately have same right like you and I.
Your local police will do nothing because it's not their jurisdiction.
If you call the president Bush, he'll probably legalize them like he's been trying.

Call the Department of Naturalization and Immigration and report it. Your call will be kept confidential. The number should be in the blue pages under Government listings in your local phone directory.

Call your local police department, if they don't do anything, call your city council office, then call the Immigration and Customs Enforcement service. Keep making phone calls until somebody does something...

Why do you want to report it, you dont know how bad their life was in their home country, stop worrying what other people are doing and get on with your own life! There are too many nosy parkers in this world that cause trouble, I hope for your sake the tables are never reversed

Report it. It is probably a human trafficing safehouse. You will be doing you, your community, and those people in the house a favor.

Call your local police. They won't do anything, but if you feel the need to report it, that is where to start.

Chris,
first of all - do you know they are illegal? Does someone who lives there not illegal?
Are they interested in becoming residents? If yes, I would not turn them in, give them a chance.
If not - they can go back to Mexico, just call Homeland Security, and they will take care of deportation.

And you would do this because.....you are a major ****** with nothing better to do?
Do you think these people are better off where they come from? I think not.
Why don't you rat out the jerks who pay for bringing them to your country in the first place? Seems to me those are the criminals and if your own government condones it why take it out on the immigrants.
